The program is a great way to become more mindful about what foods you are putting in your body, and stop the carb/sweets cycle. I liked having a plan about exactly what to eat for 3 days, and then afterwards getting guidance from Elizabeth about how to transition and expand to more healthy food options. I realized how poorly I had been eating previously, and now I’m motivated to keep eating clean foods, and getting more fiber and healthy fats in my diet. And when I need another kickstart, I’ll be back to do the program again!

Best reset I have ever done. Easiest, most effective one, too. I would do this once a month if offered! The way you designed the program, I never felt starving or like I was missing out on life (food is a big part of my joy in life). The soups are delicious, and so thoughtfully selected for optimal nutrition. Your guide made it even easier to follow and had great tips and snack suggestions.
